In response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have created an Virtual OB GYN Ultrasound Course. We are very excited to offer this new interactive training experience. While this will be our method of educating our practitioners during the height of this pandemic, we are excited to extend this offering as a way to continue supporting our students well beyond this pandemic.
The fundamentals of our training program have not changed. You will begin with On Demand lectures and hands-on scanning videos to prepare you for the live scanning sessions. This is your foundation. You will learn the fundamentals of OB GYN Ultrasound including anatomy, imaging plans, scanning technique, exam protocols, and more. These concepts will then be demonstrated in a virtual classroom with interactive question and answer format. Once we complete that, you will then go to your facility and practice what you learned on your machine. We will then meet again, and this time, you will scan while one of our instructors watches and instructs as you scan your volunteer. This allows us to troubleshoot common areas of concern with scanning and imaging, answer technical questions regarding your ultrasound system and anything else you need.
You will have access to our educators for follow up. They are able to view images, help with scanning technique, provide feedback and assist in developing your confidence in performing and interpreting OB GYN Ultrasound exams.

Put what you have learned into practice. Follow the slides and practice concepts at your facility. This will solidify your knowledge and increase your scanning skills.
To help support you after you leave our class, we have developed a new program called “Show Us Your Skills”
Simply text or email images (with patient information removed) and we can evaluate them with you. This is particularly helpful when you are practicing on your own. If you are struggling with technique, interpretation or even your machine, we can provide guidance. Please do not be shy about using this service. We love hearing from our students and look forward to interesting cases. We are still in touch with students that we taught years ago!
This service is included when you purchase one of our monthly hands-on workshop packages.
